The Melting Pot

So, all of the girls try to plan a girls night once a month....no husbands, no kiddos...just us girls. Well, this time we thought it might be fun to have a date night and bring our hubbies along. We tried to go to a winery for wine tasting, but they were all booked up for the weekend that worked for everyone, so we went to The Melting Pot for some fondue. Yummy, right? Well, the girls thought so...and we had a great time!! The boys on the other hand, well....I'm pretty sure they won't be going back anytime soon. "There's not enough cheese, the food takes too long to cook, there's not enough to fill me up...blah, blah, blah." The first mistake was letting all of the guys sit together on one end of the table. The second mistake was making 7 hungry men share one fondue pot....and for that I understand the frustration. In any case, I'm sure they all stopped at Whataburger on the way home. Oh well, the next time we want to include husbands (which may be a very long time from now), we'll let them choose where to go ...although it better not be Hooters, guys.

and Brad...they didn't complain one time!! And, Aaron

would like everyone to know that he only complained

once or twice...but only because he was really hungry.
