I Love the Dallas Aboretum!
Instead of watching football on Sunday, I met my mom and grandma at the Dallas Arboretum... and I'm so glad I did! Not only because I was picking up my precious little cargo ;)... but also because it's so beautiful! I'm usually not a flowery, plant person...it's not that I don't like them, I just try to stay away from them because I tend to kill them. If you know me at all, then you know I have a brown thumb. I actually killed an aloe plant that Katie Hinckley gave me.... twice! I mean who kills ALOE???...you almost don't have to do anything and it stays alive!! But I succeeded in doing it, not 1, but 2 times!!! Sorry, anyway....so my point is that I went to the arboretum, and I liked it so much that I want to go back!!! We got some really cute pictures of Ava... she was more interested in the grass, or the pumpkins, or anything else but the camera, but we did get a couple of good ones. We only got to stay for an hour because they close at 5, and well, we got there around 4....so we definitely have to go back! Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure.
