Lunch w/Grandma and Grandpa Cardwell

We went to Leonard on Saturday to have lunch with Aaron's Grandma and Grandpa Cardwell, and of course so they could see Ava. They had so much fun playing with her and she just loved every minute of the attention!! It was adorable!! And as an added bonus, Aaron's dad, brother and sister met us at the restaurant...so that meant Ava also got to see her cousin, Brock! We had a great time with everyone, and Ava loved spending time with her Great Granny and Papa!! Hopefully we will get to see them again in a couple of weeks for Ava's birthday party!!

To add to our fun on Saturday, we got to go to an FC Dallas game! My mom and dad had season tickets and weren't able to go, so they gave us the tickets and we took Ava to her very first soccer game! The weather was perfect and the seats were awesome...but since the game started at 7:30, we weren't able to stay for the whole thing. Ava was such a good girl...much better than the little boys sitting behind us! :) But, she got sleepy and was ready to go, so we left mid-way through the 2nd half...FC Dallas was down 2-0. Oh well...
