Trick-or-Treat, Smell my feet

Halloween was a fun day for Ava Grace. We go to Gymboree music class on Fridays, and since it was Halloween, the kiddos all got to wear their costumes...so cute! She absolutely loves music class...her teacher, Ms. Linda is awesome, and she gets to see her good friend M...who was dressed up as the cutest little ladybug, by the way!

Friday evening, we set out a bucket of candy for the trick-or-treaters, and then took our little Pebbles trick-or-treating for the first time. Last year we just took her to the sweet lady across the street, but this year we did our entire street! Well, almost the whole street. Ava did really great the first few houses, but then some of the people wanted to take her picture, and she got a little weirded out. It just went downhill from there...she would knock on the door and then run back to Aaron, so I would be standing there with her bucket asking for candy....The candy's for my kid, I swear!! She finally got to the point where she wouldn't even go up the sidewalk... and I refused to go up there all by myself and trick or treat...I mean, really, I have a little bit of self-respect! So, that concluded our trick-or-treating excursion. We ...um, I mean Ava... got some good candy, so the night was a success!
