Super Bowl Par-tay
Sunday, we went over to the Cusano's for their annual Super Bowl party and Chili Cook off. We missed it last year because Aaron was in Denver, but we were sure to be there this year! Aaron even made some chili for the contest and came in 2nd place. {okay, so technically there wasn't a 2nd place, but he got the 2nd most votes.} Derek is the reigning Chili champion, and I must say well done! His chili was delish...even if it did have deer meat in it. :) Aaron's had an awesome flavor, but was too spicy for me...that's not really saying much since there are times when ketchup is too spicy for me. ;)
As always, the kiddos had an awesome time playing in the backyard. We almost felt bad for making them come in when the game started....almost.
As for the game, I thought I wanted the Steelers to win, but I found myself cheering for Arizona...probably because I wanted to see Kurt Warner do well. He's such a good guy. {Like I really know!} And I must say, I was a little disappointed when they lost. Oh well.
Here are some pics of the kiddos playing in Mark and Jen's awesome backyard.
